In Cape Town

Located in the heart of the city is the University of Cape Town, the continent’s leading university. Just outside the city centre is the University of the Western Cape. Slightly inland, about 50km from the city bowl, is Stellenbosch University. The Cape Peninsula University of Technology is also based in Cape Town, with campuses in the city centre, Granger Bay, Bellville, Mowbray and Wellington (in the Cape winelands).
